My Alfred News interview covering D-S-Design’s Prestige Award win and what’s next for 2026.
On 16th October 2025, I was interviewed once again by Alfred News, this time to talk about my latest achievement — winning the Prestige Award for Creative Design Studio of the Year (Dorset). 🏆
This award is an incredible honour, recognising the creativity, dedication, and community focus behind D-S-Design. Over the past year, I’ve worked with so many inspiring local businesses — from interior designers and restaurants to therapists, artists, and trades — helping each one strengthen their online presence through thoughtful, bespoke web design.
In the interview, I spoke about what the award means for my business and my plans for the future — including expanding my reach regionally while staying rooted in Shaftesbury’s creative community.
It was also a chance to reflect on how far D-S-Design has come since winning the Chamberpot Award earlier this year. Both milestones have been key turning points, showing how much the community’s support has helped me grow as a designer and as a small business owner.
