Creative Design Studio of the Year: My Alfred News Interview

On 16th October 2025, I was interviewed once again by Alfred News, this time to talk about one of my proudest achievements yet — winning the Prestige Award for Creative Design Studio of the Year (Dorset). 🏆

This award is an incredible honour that recognises the creativity, dedication, and community focus behind everything I do at D-S-Design Studio. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working with inspiring local businesses — from interior designers and restaurants to therapists, artists, and tradespeople — helping each one build a stronger online presence through bespoke web design and branding.

Reflecting on the Journey

In the Alfred interview, I spoke about what this award means for me and how it marks another exciting step in D-S-Design Studio's journey.

It was also a chance to reflect on how far things have come since winning the Shaftesbury Chamberpot Award earlier in the year. Both milestones have been key turning points — showing how much the Shaftesbury community has helped me grow as a designer and as a small business owner.

Staying Rooted, Reaching Wider

While D-S-Design Studio continues to grow regionally across Dorset, Somerset, and Wiltshire, I’ll always stay grounded in Shaftesbury’s creative community.
My goal is to keep supporting local businesses while expanding my reach to new clients across the South West who value authentic design and personal collaboration.
