D-S-Design is the official legal business name registered for tax, banking, invoicing, and HMRC purposes. D-S-Design Studio is the recognised trading style used publicly across my website, social media, marketing materials, proposals, and branded documentation. Using a trading style is standard practice and does not create a separate legal entity.

3. Use in Contracts & Agreements

All contracts, agreements, invoices, and legal documentation will reference D-S-Design as the legally responsible business. The trading name D-S-Design Studio may appear within branding or inside the document body for design consistency, but all legal responsibility remains tied to D-S-Design.

4. Invoicing, Payment & Legal Documents

Invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and tax documentation will continue to be issued under D-S-Design. Clients may see D-S-Design Studio used in supporting documents (such as proposals, welcome guides, or project materials), but the invoice header and legal identifiers will always reflect the legally registered name. Payments made to D-S-Design Studio remain valid and are treated as payments to D-S-Design.

Across social media, directories, Google Business, email signatures, and online listings, the branding D-S-Design Studio may be displayed for consistency, clarity, and brand identity. For legal transparency, references to “D-S-Design Studio” online refer to the same legally registered business, D-S-Design.

This trading-style arrangement does not affect client rights, obligations, contracts, intellectual-property terms, cancellation policies, or any policies listed at www.d-s-design.com/policies. All agreements formed under the trading style remain enforceable under the legal entity D-S-Design. Using a trading name does not alter project terms, liabilities, or protection under this business.
