Before we even open a design file, there are a few things every business owner should think about. A successful website isn’t just about how it looks — it’s about what it does and how well it works for you.

Here are five questions I ask every client:

1. What’s the main goal of the site? (Enquiries, bookings, sales?)
2. Who’s your ideal customer?
3. Do you already have branding in place?
4. What kind of content do you have — or need help creating?
5. What’s your timeline and budget?

Knowing the answers to these helps us build a site that’s not just pretty, but purposeful.
