1️⃣ Project Overview
Butler IT is a trusted IT support company based in Shaftesbury, Dorset, offering services for both businesses and individual clients. Nate and his team wanted a professional, easy-to-navigate website that reflected their technical expertise and made it simple for customers to learn about their services, book consultations, and access support.
2️⃣ The Challenge
Butler IT needed a refreshed digital presence that matched their reputation for reliability and innovation.
Because Butler IT supports both businesses and individual customers, the information architecture also needed to make those different audiences immediately understandable. Technical services had to be explained in accessible language without losing the professional credibility expected from an IT support provider.
3️⃣ The Solution
I designed and built a structured, user-friendly website focused on clarity, accessibility, and trust. The colour palette of black, white, and blue conveys professionalism and technical confidence, while high-quality imagery reinforces their modern approach. Clear navigation separates business and personal IT services, supported by integrated enquiry and booking forms. The CMS allows the team to easily manage blog posts, update services, and showcase new projects. On-page SEO improves visibility for IT support Shaftesbury and IT services Dorset .
4️⃣ The Result
The finished website now acts as a central hub for Butler IT’s services — combining functionality with a sleek, modern design. It supports daily client enquiries, strengthens brand credibility, and reflects the company’s ongoing growth and innovation.
The finished site gives Butler IT a clearer platform for presenting IT support in Shaftesbury and the surrounding area, while providing straightforward routes into services, consultations and support. Its structure also gives the business a stronger foundation for ongoing content and digital marketing.
